“The SBA understands that sometimes all an entrepreneur needs are a few thousand dollars to get their business up and running,” said Marla Trollan, Utah SBA District Director. “SBA Microloans were created to help small businesses and start-ups navigate the complex world of gaining capital. Without great credit, collateral, or so many years in business it can be almost impossible for entrepreneurs to get a traditional business loan. We are proud that the Utah Microloan Fund has been an amazing non-profit lending partner throughout the state of Utah.”
The National Small Business Week Awards Luncheon was held at Mountain America Credit Union in West Jordan. The event recognized the FY22 top performing SBA Lenders that administer the different loan programs the SBA has to offer. Delicious food, great company, and rousing speeches made the award ceremony a very special day.
