Change is the only constant in life, and the seasons have their own unique way of reminding us that we can always shed what isn’t working and cultivate something new.
This workshop, led by Charlie Warner of Human|Work is designed to guide business owners through process optimization, making improvements where flow is needed, and working with our natural rhythms and strengths. Charlie will offer tips, best practices, and helpful perspectives while answering any and all questions you might have about designing sustainable processes.

- Have had life events that have had a negative impact on credit scores
We are designed to support business owners by offering small business loans of up to $50,000. Our application and loan process is simple and can provide funds for equipment, inventory, or working capital. Learn more at www.umlf.org
